it is high in certain countries than others as a result of inadequate proper health care. Geographical related issues can also be a cause.
maternal morality is basically the amount of deaths of pregnant women. maternal morality being high in certain countries can come from economic factors such as countries not being fit with the proper healthcare, not being able to afford the healthcare needed, etc.
