The year between 1800 to 1850 experienced growth in various sectors in the US. Industrialization, immigration, and liberal policies provided growth opportunities to people. The major reason for growing cities in the US was the increasing number of immigrants in the state. The people moved to the US because of increasing industrial activities, which provided employment and better living for people. Urbanization was also one of a reason which fuels the growth of cities. The job opportunities lead rural people to move to urban areas, which again made cities develop their transportation and production capacity.
