(Let's assume it's Rs 4 per metre squared, I think you just wrote it wrong.)

The area of the rectangular park is : 300 x 200 = 60000 (m2)

Every m2 = Rs 4, so it will take 60000 x 4 = Rs 240000 to fence the entire park.
