So when you divide a fraction into a fraction, you use reciprocals! 

1)
2/3 divided by 6/7 becomes 2/3 times 7/6 (ALWAYS flip the second fraction)

2) Just multiply right across!

2                7           14
--  times  ------- =  -------
3                6           18

3) Simplify fraction!

14
---- DIVIDE BY 2--> 7/9 
18

4) Final answer: 7/9
The answer is 7/9. An easy way to solve it is by doing 2/3 x 7/6. Since 2/3 divided by 6/7 is the opposite of it.
