Because the side length are congruent, you know this by the tick marks, the triangle is and isosceles triangle. When you have an isosceles triangle the base angle are congruent. Subtract the apex angle from 180 to get the remaining degrees to split between the base angles. 180 - 66 = 114.
114/2 = 57 degrees.
Angle A and angle C are 57 degrees.
Also since you have the single tick marks on the top portion of the triangle that is also an isosceles triangle and it has the same apex angle so those angles are also 57 degrees.
All four angles are 57 degrees.
