* Grant Pardons.

2. Commander in Chief
The President plays an important part as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, the Constitution directs the power to declare war to Congress, but the President as Commander In Chief can Deploy and Direct troops in any way necessary (as long as no war crimes will be broken) to conquer and subdue the enemy.
