A farm house of many acres of land near a small city is better than a small house in a metropolitan city. What is your opinion?

A small farm is better because small town is better

A farm house with many acres requires a great deal of work to maintain. The small city depending on its size may not afford many social or cultural opportunities. I would prefer the small house in the larger city.
