The U.S. Is a developed country. The Americas including- Mexico, Canada, and South America may not be considered The US, but it is still the "Americas", does this mean we really own them but don't have full governmental control? Since The Americas take up the Western Emisphere we don't need to colonize more. People already call Americans colonists so is that really the best step?
