Well it all depends on where the moon is at if it is at the top more of the moon is going to show but lets say its in the mid the it would be half at that because it is hitting the moon in the mid but at the same time you wont be able to see the moon alll the way because of the suns reflection on to the moon which makes it vblack somethimes when you look at it.
