Ray, aged 15, is a high school dropout and cannot find a job. Mike, aged 58, has worked as an unskilled laborer most of his life. The only jobs he can find require computer skills which he does not have. Missy was laid off from her job at Microsoft. She is receiving generous unemployment benefits and is taking her time finding a job. Marge's children have grown up and moved out of the house. She wants to go back to work, but plans to first go back to college to improve her chances.
