Proces of elimination A is wrong because there are other countries outside of the middle east that have a major arab speaking population

B is wrong beacuse many northern africans speak Arabic but are ethnicaly morocon,algerian, etc.

D is wrong because there are nations of arabs like saudia arabia and the UAE

C seems like the only right answer
