While all this was not enough, there were a lot of incidents of thefts, petty robbery, etc., and when these thieves were caught, they were not embarrassed of their crime, rather, they admitted that they needed something to survive on. Since then, the situation was grave that people are even suspicious of their neighbors and therefore, are not courteous to them anymore.
