What are the solutions of the equation 9x4 - 2x2 - 7 = 0? Use u substitution to solve.

9x^4 - 2x^2 - 7 = 0
(x + 1)(x - 1)(9x^2 + 7) = 0
Therefore, x = -1 , OR x = 1.

9x^2 + 7 has no real solutions.
