Babur was the first ruler of Sub-continent, he defeated Ibrahim Lodhi and gained the power of sub-continent in the year 1526.
Sub continent is the present area known as India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. The subcontinent was ruled by the Mughals and was then acquired by British, and then subsequently in 1947 Pakistan and India gained independence and then Bangladesh was separated in the year 1971.
Babur was one of the finest Mughal emperors. He was the first ruler of the Mughal dynasty. Aurangzeb was a simple ruler and used to weave caps and sold them. He was given the title of Alamgir, so known as Aurangzeb Alamgir.
He was a religious person and followed and imposed Islamic Shariah law in his dynasty. He ruled from 1658 till 1707. During his reign the territory was expanded. The areas of Maharashtra and Andrapardesh and the nearby areas were acquired.
