Filing a complain against the abuse should be the first step. The medical examination is necessary to know its timing and assault. There should be a well trained and experienced doctor who carry out the examination. The report should be discussed immediately with parents, civil societies, or police i.e. at a strategy discussion.
Child abuse is any intentional harm or mistreatment to a child under 18 years old is considered child abuse. Child abuse can happen in many forms like physical, mental and sexual. Sometimes all of these often occur at the same time.
Physical child abuse occurs when a child is purposely physically injured or put at risk of harm by another person. Sexual child abuse is unwanted sexual activity with a person using force or without their consent.
