  • Listen to and trust survivors.
  • Teach and learn from the future generation.
  • Request for replies and services that are appropriate for the situation
  • Recognize consent
  • Learn about the warning signs of abuse and how you can assist.
  • Begin a discussion
  • Take a stand against ra.pe culture.
  • Contribute to women's groups.
  • Hold one another responsible.
  • Understand the data and demand more of it.

Who is a GBV Victim?

Any form of violence that is directed against a person because of their gender is called GBV and such a person is a victim of Gender Based Violence.

Although women and girls are the most vulnerable to GBV, it also has serious consequences for families and communities.
