According to behavioral style theory, leader behavior is more important than leader traits when it comes to effectiveness.

Effectiveness is the capacity of the management to accomplish the targeted goals within the allotted period. It is focused on carrying out what is proper or appropriate. On the other hand, efficiency is doing the work accurately, promptly, and as cheaply as feasible.

The behaviors and characteristics that render certain people effective leaders are known as leader behavior. Leaders use their actions to influence, lead, and guide the activities of their team. Although there are many natural qualities that promote leader behavior, leaders may endeavor to build methods and activities to better their conduct and increase their effectiveness. Leaders that use their behaviors to express a vision, motivate people, and make sure that everyone is as productive as possible are vital to organizations.

Despite their boldness, leaders never forsake their teams. Leaders embrace a variety of leadership qualities and can't be reduced to a single style since they must strike a balance among vision and support that allows team members to achieve agreed goals.
