Respuesta :

The velocity  of before collision and after collision is equal and opposite.

What is collision?

In physics, collision, which is also known as impact, is the abrupt, powerful coming together in close proximity of two bodies, such as two pool cues, a golf club and a ball, a hammer and a nail, two train carriages when linked, or a falling item and a floor.

If the collision is perfectly elastic , the momentum is conserved before and after collision . Therefore the velocity  of before collision and after collision is equal and opposite.

as we know that the ball is made of rubber and have the ability to bonce off after collision and transfer the energy from one form to another.
