When  acetophenone was treated by one equivalent of LDA , followed by one equivalent of {tert}-butyl bromide give phenyl tert-butyl ketone as a  most likely reaction products .

First LDA which is base abstract proton from methyl group ( less hindered site ) in acetophenone and form anion . Now this anion attack on t - butyl bromide and remove the bromide ion which is leaving group . And the final product will be  phenyl tert-butyl ketone . In phenyl tert-butyl ketone the product contain phenyl group and tert-butyl  group at each side of ketone .
