Here, we are to classify each of the numbers under any of the groupings accordingly.

numbers that will be less than 3.1 * 10^-3 will be numbers raised to powers which are greater than -3 (such as -2) or numbers that are to the power of -3 but with a decimal value greater than 3.1

So we have the following:

3.1 * 10^-2 has a power greater than -3 so it is greater

5.8 * 10^-3 although has power of -3, it has a value 5.8 greater than 3.1

Less than 4.3 * 10^-5

Values here will be those numbers raised to powers which are less than -5 such as -6 or numbers such that they have same power but they are less in decimal value

THE numbers here are 4.2 * 10^-6 and 3.2 * 10^-5

The remaining numbers are thus in the middle range

The values here are;
