From the picture, sides AD and BD are congruent, and side CD is the same on both triangles; then, to use SAS theorem we need that angles ADC and CDB to be congruent, but, from the picture, the congruent angles are CAD and CBD. Therefore, the information is not enough to show that the triangles are congruent using SAS theorem
