It didn't always show colour and it was extremely expensive to buy so it wasn't worth wasting all of your money on something that probably wouldn't always show colour

It would have been a bad idea to buy a color TV when they first were released because these were new to every one and no one knew much about it.

Why it was bad?

It was bad idea because of the following reasons:

  • The technology was not much developed than today.
  • There was no use of color TV as it may harm our eyes.
  • These are making a bit noise which is bad.
