=>In 225ml amount of drug is=325mg

=>In 1 ml amount of drug is=(325/225)mg=1.44mg

Now, we have amount of drug in 1ml,but we have asked to give concentration in mcg.

We know that 1mg = 1000mcg.

Therefore, 1.44mg =1.44×1000mcg=1444.44mcg.

Hence, we can conclude that  the concentration of the infusion on a mcg/ml basis is 1444.
