The sciatic whim-whams is a terminal branch of the holy supersystem. It's formed from both anterior and posterior divisions of the anterior( frontal) ram of spinal jitters L4 through S3.
The anterior branches of these five spinal jitters meet and meet in the posterior pelvic region to form a single large whim-whams. The sciatic whim-whams also descends anteriorly and leaves the pelvis through the lesser sciatic foramen. It passes inferior to the piriformis muscle, accompanied by the posterior femoral cutaneous whim-whams, pudendal whim-whams, internal pudendal roadway and tone, inferior gluteal whim-whams, inferior gluteal roadway and tone. The sciatic whim-whams also continues its course through the posterior ham. It runs between the long head of the biceps femoris muscle and the adductor magnus muscle, and indirectly to the semitendinosus and semimembranosus muscles.
