  • Vessels: If our heart, lungs, and blood don't have a method to transfer oxygen and nutrients, they can't function properly. Your blood vessels, including your veins and arteries, are where this transit takes place. Your blood can move through your veins smoothly and quickly during exercise, especially if they are clear of blockages like cholesterol and fat. The blood arteries control the amount of blood that reaches each active muscle and organ.
  • Capillaries : The capillaries pass the gases to and from the muscles, along with the nutrients needed to sustain your workout and prevent you from feeling fatigue.
