Frameshift Mutation changes the Amino Acid sequence as it impact on the folding of the protein.

The sequence of a protein is determined by the DNA of the gene that encodes the protein. A change in the gene's DNA sequence may lead to a change in the amino acid sequence of the protein. Some mutations do not result in changes in the amino acid sequence of the encoded protein and can be described as silent mutations. Other mutations result in abnormal protein products. Mutations can introduce new alleles into a population of organisms and increase the population's genetic variation. Some mutations that change DNA bases do not have any effect on the sequence of amino acids in the protein. These mutations are called silent mutations and they do not affect the structure or function of the protein because there is no effect on the amino acid sequence. Frameshift mutation have a significant impact on the folding of the protein as they  changes the sequence of the amino acid.
