Actual airway pressures, now not set or meant pressures. Use a manometer at some factor to see what is simply going on.
Coughing is the most simple airway clearance method (ACT). It can be an involuntary reflex or it can be managed as a healthy, natural way for the lungs to get rid of mucus.
Huff coughing is the basis of airway clearance techniques. It includes inhaling and then exhaling slowly and strongly. It is no longer as forceful as full-blown coughing but can also work better and be less tiring. A cycle of 4 to 5 huff coughs are typically mixed with different ACTs.
