Elvis has asked Bonnie out on a date to a baseball game. Elvis is a friend of Bonnie's classmate Ginger and she has met him a few times before. She wants to go to the baseball game but is concerned about her safety.

What should Bonnie do before going out to best ensure her safety?

Inform her parents about the date, along with the place and the time she’ll be back.

Ask her classmate Ginger whether she thinks that going out with Elvis is safe.

Tell Elvis that she hasn’t told her parents about the date and needs to be back by 10:00 p.m.

Inform her parents about he date , along with the place, and time she will be back. Safety comes first. Better safe than sorry. It may not be the coolest thing to do. But god forbid anything goes wrong

She should definitely inform her parents about the date, along with all the details of the date and what time she will be back. This is all very important and all teenagers should do this. Even adults when going on first dates should at least inform a friend of their actions for safety reasons. I would also be inclined to ask Ginger whether she thinks that going out with Elvis is safe but I would take into consideration that Ginger's opinion will be biased based upon how she feels about Elvis and how her dates went with him.
