It can make you flexible the more that you do it, and no, you do not have to flexible to do Yoga, tho, it may help if you are flexible!

Yoga can make you flexible! but it can help you in certain different positions - like over the head and everything- if you're flexible already! Anyone can do it! good luck rockstar! (:
