Since I'm not sure what your teacher wants, I'll try my best, okay ? (: This is how I would respond!
1.) By stating your name, and asking what theirs is. I.E," Hi, My name is Briana, what's your name ?" (:
2.) "I'm great, and you ?"
3.) "She/he seems nice, do you know her ?"
4.) "I'm okay, and you ?"
