1.) Eat healthier! (It's noted that what you put inside of your body could have a major contribution to stress.)
2.) Exercise! (The idea of it may not be as fun - but once you finally get to do it, it's like your mind is so focused on the exercise that you don't even think about what's stressing you.)
3.) Sleep well! (Not getting enough sleep can have a HUGE impact on depression, or just a sour mood! If you don't get enough sleep you're bound to be grumpy and let things get to you that much easier.)
4.) Dance/laugh/distract yourself/join clubs, etc.. (If YOU put your time and energy and try and better yourself - you're going to feel better little by little, I guarantee you.)
