It depends on how your Spanish teacher taught you.

In my opinion I think its

Well, I think it's "Yo me cepillo los dientes cada mañana ñ." Because te first one says like "I brushes my teeth every morning" while the other one says "I brush my teeth every morning." So I think it's the second one (meaning that I'm Spanish) so hope I helped! <3
