Hey there!
I personally think that they should be allowed, because some people in prison didn't do something terribly wrong. Now if they were doing drugs, Alchool and other illegal things to there body, maybe not, because of the fact that they have messed with there organs, and it could harm another persons' body.
Hope I was able to help!

I believe they should be allowed to donate organs! Although, all of them have committed a crime - no matter how big, or even a petty crime that that's small - I don't think their actions should have anything to do with helping someone in need. Just because you're in a prison, I don't think it's fair that just because they're in legal trouble that they're unable to help someone else. They should be allowed to donate organs as long as they're competent enough to sign a form and give written or even video consent - other wise it should be fair game. Just because they're locked away - that should have no impact on helping another human being live when it can be helped!
i hope all is well, and you pass! Good luck, rockstar! (:
