it is very hard for me to explain this but i will do my best

for example: a cube has a length, height, and width of 1
the area of the cube is 1 units cubed right?
well when you have a cube that has a length, height, and width of 3, the area of the cube is 9 cubic units

what i mean is that we have to multiply 55 by 9 to find the number of shirts that will fin in the jumbo box.

55 times 9 = 495
the amount of shirts the box can hold is 495
