This is the water cycle. First, evaporation (from lakes, ponds, rivers, oceans, etc.) and/or transpiration, the evaporation from plants. Next, the collection and grouping together of the molecules is condensation, hence the key word "condense". Next, it is precipitation, which can come in many forms such as rain, snow, hail, etc. Hope this helped :D
