Skin  is made up of several layer of cells and tissue consisting of several nerve fiber such as sensory , autonomic, sympathetic etc.

However, the skin consists of two main layers

a)  the epidermis - An epidermis is composed of densely  packed epithelial cells

b) Dermis - A dermis is made of dense, irregular connective tissue comprising of numerous blood vessels, hair follicles, sweat glands, and other structures.

After the dermis , the layer of hypodermis is found which is made up of  loose connective and fatty tissues.
