Without the ring of several alarm clocks, I’d never make it to work on time. There are some people, however, who’ve developed such a routine sleep schedule that they do not need an alarm clock to wake them. They wake every morning at the same time because they’ve programmed their body to do so. When developing routine, healthy sleep habits, your body forms its own rhythm and sleep patterns. It’s a shame, then, that my sleep habits are so terrible as to warrant the use of several alarm clocks! Which is the best title for this paragraph?
