Think of art in the same way you would think of music in the sense of it is also a universal language but instead of sounds and melodies you have ideas and stories that are told in sculptures,paintings, and abstract drawings showing not only the state of mind of the artist but their life story what they went through their culture the way he or she views life whether it may be in politics,media,religion ect.. just as music has been used to change the world and communicate with those that may have a language barrier art is used to convey what the artist may feel without any spoken word.
