Macbeth is here declaring his belief that he is invincible. Obviously, a man NOT born of woman does not exist, lest it be a god or something. Recall how the witches told macbeth that no man woman born would ever have power over thee. This means that any man born of a woman will face defeat against macbeth. Analyzing it further, it could mean that Macbeth is weak under his wife (which we see after he murders the king, and he is all nerves and tail between his legs, while she is just ready to do whatever it takes to ensure the deed is done.) unfortunately for macbeth, his final enemy was not of woman born. he was untimely ripped (C-section) from the mother. so aha! loophole.
