I would go look in the library
obesity
I make sure I don't eat over 2,500 calories and exercise daily. I make sure i eat lots of fruit and veggies.
I have an app on my phone that tell me how much water intake i take in. Also i like to drink at least a gallon of water. I do the same with food, i watch what i eat and will eat breakfast lunch and dinner and try not to pick.
Just if people as you, "wow you look good" tell them what you do to keep your body in shape.
Media is a big influence. good and bad. it does help people get to their goal weight but it also makes people want to starve themselves and overwork for the "perfect body"
My health concerns are good. i don't have any besides being unhealthy.
