A. Ballet is a dance forma that encourages strong muscles and posture. Ballet is one of the most difficult styles of dancing (only to be able to do the famous en pointe the dancer needs at least one year of training), as well being one of the most taxing to the body (its an activity that competes with American Football for most injuries), that makes it necessary for the dancers to become fit so they can properly realize this type of dance.
