Fire drills should always be held yearly when all employees are present. This is because fire drills are usually carried out in order to practice the emergency procedure to be used in case of fire. It is therefore paramount for it to be carried out when everyone if present so that everyone can get to participate. This is because in case of real emergency you can never predict who will be a victim of such an emergency. Thus is is usually advised that fire drills should be planned at least once a year when each and everyone is around.
