What fraction of an hour does he still need to practice?

he would still need to practice 2/6 or 1/3 hours that day 
Pedro still needs to practice 2/6 of an hour more which is equal to 1/3 of an hour (if you divide both the numerator and denominator by 2). To get this, you need to subtract 2/6 FROM 4/6

4/6 - 2/6 = 2/6 = 1/3
