Isaiah is on an insurance plan provided through his father's employer he had oral surgery that was supposed to be billed to his dental insurance but they are claiming is not covered by their plan and should be billed to his medical plan the oral surgeons office tried billing the medical plan and they said it was not covered who can Isaiah in his father turn to for help with this matter

Isiah and his father should turn to the insurance representative of the office of his father it is because the insurance representative is the one responsible for this mixed up or the misunderstanding that has happened. The insurance representative would be the one to be most helpful in this matter for he or she could find a solution to the problem for she or he is in charge of this matter.

The insurance representative at his father's office, because she may help contact the insurance companies or give Isaiah's father specific people at each company to contact directly

The reason it is not C is because the mix-up may not all be her fault.
