You come to work one morning to discover the electricity has gone off in the refrigerator in the laboratory. This refrigerator houses the reagents needed to perform the laboratory tests. How would you proceed?

2 - Put test subjects in freezer (most likely still colder, give you some more time)
3 - Activate the back up power
4 - Figure out source of the problem and take care of it
5 - Make sure that the backup power has enough charge/gas (backup batteries/generator)
