Tears, Saliva, and Skin make up the first line of defense of the body. It acts in a way like the castle or walls of the body. Saliva, Tears, and some oils of the skin make sure pathogens and particulates do not come in through orifices. 

The Second line of defense are the inner bodies reaction to a breach in the first line. Fever and inflammatory response are used by your body to maintain a large flow of blood to areas of infection. Killer T-Cells are Leukocyte cells that fight the infection.
