Biological would be to do with genes and neurones, so we can rule that out. Psychodynamic is to do with the unconscious mind, so that's passive and therefore no intentional application is involved. Cognitive is all to do with schemas and how we see the world, so I believe you are correct. I don't think we study the social-cultural approach in the UK

Cognitive of view is characterized as the methodology through which an individual's psychological interaction is characterized. The idea and perspectives to show conduct as per various circumstances. Feelings and capability helps in showing reactions of any person.

Different choices are mistaken in light of the fact that social viewpoint, development approach, organic viewpoint and psychodynamic approach doesn't characterizes how a singular reactions to specific circumstance through mental states and cycles. In this way, the right choice is mental methodology i.e Cognitive.
