Athlete's Foot or tinea pedis is a fungal infection of the skin (mostly happens at the feet) that causes dry and scaly rash, with pruritis (or itching).

Cellulitis; different to Dermatitis in that Cellulitis involves the rapid degeneration of skin and the tissues bellow, by bacteria. Mostly these infections are caused by Streptococcus and staphylococcus.
