Write one short-term goal for enhancing your sense of self, and list all the steps necessary to achieve the goal. The steps to your goal must include how you will deal with the positive and negative influences on your sense of self.

My goal of to my self in everyday basis is to be productive and avoid work that consumes time but has a less outcome. I came up with an idea to list my everyday work and rate them according to the time and the amount of output and also its difficulty. If I cant make the desired output, I just seek for help and accompaniment. 
An example of a short-term goal would be, Improve in math and get a passing grade in the class.
Steps to reaching that goal are:
- Do math problems each day for at least 30 minutes.
- Ask the teacher for any help if needed.
- If feeling stressed out, take a small break and listen to music or anything really to lower stress.
- Stay back for tutoring sessions.
- On testing days, study for at least an hour.
