First you are going to want to get that equation into slope intercept form (y=mx+b). To do this is as follows:
5x-4y=-18
-4y=-5x-18
y=(5/4)x+(9/2)
From here you are going to pick some random x values (I recommend x=0,2,10), and plug then into your graph! If you have any more questions just ask!
